Terrible communication skills. No response from Senior Property Manager (after 1 week) even after following up with a phone call and confirmation of my details. I was mentored to always respond to emails etc within 24 hours, that is professionalism which is lacking here. Disappointing from a well known agency.

My wife and I just sold out first property through McGrath Estate agents in Buderim. Through the buying and selling process we have had difficulties with agents not taking us seriously due to our age. David Swarbrick was a breath of fresh air, he guided us through selling our house and got a higher price than we expected. David also helped us out in buying our dream home, he made sure the process went smoothly and ALWAYS answered the phone whenever we had any questions. As far as I’m concerned David and the team at McGrath was worth every penny and can’t thank them enough.

Simon Grayell sold our property within four days $10k above our listing price in what appeared to be a slowing market making our sale the envy of other agents in the area! Hes a genuine, trustworthy and hardworking agent in real estate, something that you don't come across often in the industry. He was happy to take our calls at all times of the day and worked extremely hard right up until the settlement of the property.

Sellers if you are looking to achieve the best sale price possible, then avoid McGrath Estate Agents.They recently sold a property me for $250,000 LESS than what was sold 8 houses down. And that property only had 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom!They also use McGrath employees to bump up their Google rating review score.Do not recommend.

My wife and I used Stuart Thomas from the Buderim office to sell our property, and from asking if he could sell it off-market, he had 12 buyers through within a few days and sold a couple of days later for an incredible price - all without the stress of a campaign! He and Wendy make an incredible team. We have since used them to sell for us a second time and another fantastic job done there too! All their admin team were wonderful and easy to deal with also!
