It took months to arrange a time for GLO Cleaning to do a first clean of our two bedroom apartment, really... months. Then they turned up on the wrong day without any notice and I had to yet again try to arrange a time they could confirm. The cleaning was sub-par, there was no detail to anything, grime left around taps, dust bunnies under tables, things were vacuumed around, nothing was moved. I would say their service is more of a wipe down than a clean. The two ladies where here for a total of 35 minutes and then left. Apparently they should have gone round with us to make sure the clean was done properly, this never happened and I was told the clean would have been better if I had pointed out all the things they missed. I was then charged $130 even after I had called to share my disappointment. I have since found a great cleaner that charges $100
