Highly recommend speedfit. Not been able to do regular exercise due to trapping my sciatic nerve. It's been the best thing to get back to normalCiaran is very motivating & passionate about providing the best training.It's definitely worth a try.

An amazing service, the studio looks beautiful and is always clean. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they somehow makem to make every session new and exciting! Speedfit is the best way to get a fun and intense workout in and I really can't complain about the free drink before hand and protien shake after! Thanks for the best service!
