Driving from BNE to SYD fuel filter on Prado required replacement on a Friday. Managed to source parts along the way down and due to service centres in Grafton and Coffs Harbour all booked out continued calling all mechanics along the way down. Knudsen understood my situation and shuffled thier full work schedule around to slot me in and I was on the road in no time at all.Thank you so much for helping me.Cannot say enough about good old fashioned family service. Great mechanic, we were on holidays and were quite worried about the car. They took us and had a quick look, needed to replace some parts in the engine. We were holidaying from Sydney and experienced an issue with air con. Called 3 other air con mechanics and they were not interested, too busy they said. These guys were also busy but understood our situation and downed tools to lend assistance. What nice people they were displaying good ole fashion service and caring.

I reached out to these guys today, 4 days before Christmas and only hours till I had to drive 600ks.I was having an issue with my Santa Fe.Took the car straight up, he looked at it right away for me, I could tell they were on lunch too.Absolutely, the most loveliest gentlemen. Checked the car over and had a chat to me about the issue I was experiencing. Had a great outcome and didn’t find myself emptying my wallet whatsoever.I had imagined a very different scenario and I’m so glad they were reccomended to me.

Friendly staff and quick mechanic that is straight to the point, no funny business and squeezed me in for a slip and fixed my headlight. Would recommend them highly!Staff were very helpful with answering questions and helping give information I didnt know I needed.

We lost our clutch on the pacific highway South of Coffs Harbour on our way home to Melbourne from Noosa, our tow truck driver recommended Knudsens and he could not have been more right!! From the moment it arrived there until we picked it up was 48 hours and we were back on the road. We are so grateful for their help and could not recommend this compassionate and friendly company highly enough.

We were passing through town when we had an issue with our brakes. Four other places were too busy to see us late in the afternoon but Ram’s team fit us in quickly and happily. Kind, understanding and efficient, we were confident and back on the road quickly. They even told us to call back in on the way home if we needed the part fixed. Great service with a smile.
