LEAD Childcare Riverview

I love this centre! The team is amazing and will help out whenever they have the chance! They support local businesses and even have taken the indigenous culture into consideration with their work uniform. I cannot think of a better support network and centre for my children.

My son kept coming home with bruising and no reports made looks to me and everyone i know it looks like grab marks. If i had a choice i wouldn't even give them 1 star.Nothing ever got reported until we seen the damage.I would rather choke to death on my own vomit than recommend these.If you love your kids do not send them here.Worst daycare ever!

Your child is not their priority!!You can't rely on them!!Poor management aswell as head office!!My daughter had been attending Lead Childcare Riverview for a few years. (Before school/after school care). Permanently on Mondays after school. As I work a fair distance on Mondays and i finish work late. I have paid and relied on Lead Childcare to pick her up for me from school.I called the Lead Childcare on Monday morning at 8am as I have always done. Let them know my daughter is at school can they pick her up?.. They said sure no worries. We will pick her up. I'm at work which Is a hour drive from the day care and its nearly 12pm. I receive a call from the Childcare. Sorry we have changed our policy and procedures we CAN'T pick-up your daughter today as you didn't book a week beforehand!! I said, so when did this all happen?? I was never told or aware of it! (I would of obviously booked her in a week advance then")..I said

Hi I’m from America and I saw that this place abuses children. If I ever decide to move to Australia you won’t be in my childcare choices.

Great centre! The team are friendly, approachable and hard-working and the centre is clean, organised and spacious. Definitely recommend.

Some of their workers abuse children! When confronting them they all stay quiet and act clueless. For the price they charge you can definitely find a better day care in the area that won’t ABUSE your child!

My youngest son goes here and he absolutely LOVES it! I can’t thank the kindy staff enough he always comes home soo happy and loves telling me about what he has learnt and his friends. The staff are always lovely to talk to and are super caring and attentive. Thanks for everything you do for us lead Riverview!
