Even though we didn't get the chance to take our cat for euthanasia as she passed from heart failure first I still received a bereavement card from the clinic which was a lovely gesture that they didn't need to make. Thanks furlife it's heart-warming to be thought of in this way

This clinic is amazing. From walking in the door, you are greeted with a friendly hello and professional service. The vets are amazing, very caring and give great advice. I highly recommend the Best Mates membership, it has been a lifesaver with my cheeky puppy. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Biggest mistake picking this place. I am sure they are fine for routine things but I went there with a concern and was dismissed and my kitten died because of it. Took him back 2 days later as advised and another vet there assured he he was in good hands, yet died within hours. He went downhill fast after the vet's had him, I would have been better to let him die at home with his family. Should not charge for incompetence and they also didn't give me back my pet's blanket. Twice. I will regret trusting this vet for the rest of my life, and the pain and suffering it has caused for my family both human and furry. Other vets advised afterwards that the thing I was concerned about should've been seen as very likely and dealt with, not dismissed. If I had taken him to a different vet who knew standard practice he would not be dead. Over $600 to kill my pet through lack of care and knowledge. If you have a pet with a health issue, beware and do not trust the vet here. He assured me he was right and there was nothing to worry about, and I asked him numerous times. I hate that I didn't follow my gut. Please don't make the same mistake I did. R.I.P. beautiful kitten. :(Edited to add: I do want to say that the staff there are lovely. Another vet I tried was cold and cruel and refused to see him because they would only see people if they were the first choice when seeing a vet. Absolutely ridiculous so at least this vet is friendly and pleasant to visit.
