Excellent room. The motel is located a few blocks from the middle of town. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size, not a pokey afterthought. Plenty of parking. All of the rooms are ground floor and we'll back from the passing traffic.

Lovely motel in a great location with friendly, welcoming staff. I had a large room with a spa bath and a very comfy bed. I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks!

Surprisingly it was above my expectation. Neat and clean and had everything in the room. WiFi, TV, microwave, freeze, cutlery, hair-dryer. I mean everything was well placed. My kids loved it. Pool was there too. Located in a great spot, you can literally walk everywhere from here. Many food options around and even at the motel.I will definitely recommend this place.

Unclean! Unclean!Could not see two feet into the pool water for the murkiness. Felt the need to wear thongs in the shower.Extremely expensive for what it is.Oh! It got worse. Day two, went out all day to arrive back for hot showers that night only to discover our room had not been made up as advertised, wet towels and full bins remained. No apologies from management just got handed two clean towels (for four people).Atrocious experience all round.

Very friendly and polite reception staff, good size room, very clean. The Hotel has breakfast hatches and they use them to deliver promptly a lovely breakfast - good old fashioned fun. Would stay here again. Ours was a very last minute booking.

Great motel,booked for one night & ended staying two, while visiting brother at nursing home opposite.Ideal location,great large room & newly renovated bathroom.Due to restaurant beingclosed,breakfast delivered to hatch in room,loved it reminder of the good old days Also micro, toaster & kettle availableOwners friendly & helpful will stay again next visit

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower and delightful hosts - what more could you possibly want? Food, you say? It's a short walk (or drive, if you must) into the centre of town where there are plenty of options. Too easy.

Comfortable stay, closer to everything in Colac. They did provide a travel cot for our toddler.
