Tuan and his team did an excellent job installing our new air conditioning system. With his calm and helpful professionalism Tuan ensured the system we now have will meet our needs. He also advised us on what we can do to maintain its performance.

This is the 4th family property that we had Tuan from Van Air-conditioning instal air conditioning he has provided excellent service workmanship, timely and is an exceptional tradesman.This job that Tuan has just completed was in my daughters unit she has a small balcony she was concerned that she would lose floor space but Tuan raised the unit off the floor and just under roof and it looks perfect.We will definatelty contact him for any installations we may need in the future and do highly recommend him.

Prior to engaging Van Air to install our air-conditioning, we got quotes from two other companies. The first two companies were found according to their online reviews, while we found out about Van Air by word of mouth. Unlike the first two companies, Tuan from Van Air explained to us that we would get better results for what we wanted from a ducted system (rather than a split system). The quote was great value-for-money compared to the other companies and considering the amount of work involved.Throughout the entire process, Van Air did not disappoint.Once we accepted their quote, Van Air scheduled us in very quickly. The work was completed within one day. The work was of a high quality. Tuan and his colleagues were very polite and easy to get along with and made their best effort to clean up after they had finished.So far, the air-conditioning system has been excellent (we have been extremely grateful for it this summer when it was extremely hot and smokey because of the bushfires). We also realised that Tuan's advice about the type of system we needed was spot on.All in all, we would not hesitate to recommend Van Air. I had Van Air Conditioning come out yesterday to remove an old split system and install a ducted system at our house. I am very impressed with Tuan and his teams professionalism, workmanship and cleanlinessafter the job was done. Pricing for the system installed was very reasonable.I got quotes from many other companies but Tuan was listened to what I wanted and delivered. He did not act like an over the top excited salesman. He did not try to deter me away from what I wanted for my family. He did question some of my ideas but after listen and agreed that what I was doing was the right thing.After the job was completed the clean up was like they were never here. Spotless. Everything swept up and taken away. Even our old split system.I would highly recommend Van Air Conditioning services to anyone that is looking to get any type of system installed or serviced. In anticipation of summer, I made plans for the installation of 4 split units on the upper floor of my home. I got quotes from many suppliers (online & phone) and read many online reviews. It's an interesting process, some will provide me with straight forward quote, some will only do a simple back to back installation, some will push forward a different brand to what I asked for, and some will upsell trying to convince me to go with ducted system instead of split system. I wish they would just listen to my needs.Late in the quotation process I came across Van Air Conditioning. It's a hidden gem. Tuan is open in his communication, genuine in his advice and more importantly, he listens attentively and offers practical options for consideration to meet my specific needs. We both worked through the design of indoor and outdoor unit placements, how and where piping would run and sizing of each unit. Tuan was very responsive both through emails and phone.On installation day, the skills and techniques of his team really shone through. Operated like a clockwork (no joke!), completed all 4 unit installations in time before the late afternoon storm. Despite the installation design being medium-high in complexity (long piping, through roof, from one end to another of house, etc.), Tuan and his team delivered to high standards. Innovative and skillful.Truly 5 stars. They could benefit more from better social media marketing as they are less known amongst the mainstream players. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Van Air Conditioning through word of mouth referrals. Tuan is now my aircon guy.
