The store is usually good in general, but the disgraced staff at seafood counter make everthing totally nonsense. We were trying to buy the tiger prawn with $24/kg at the price tag, but end up charging us for $26 per kilo. And the staff claimed the price tag is $24/kg but we need to pay $26/kg for it, and she couldn't change it. Then why just not put on a correct price tag properly if the showed price doesn't match with your system rather than misleading customers. It finally took 4 people 20 minutes to fix it. Wasted my time with disappointment.

Really disappointing when the shelves are either bare or only have the expensive brand. Or their own brand.There used to be a great selection of groceries now it’s so limited

Quick fly in fly out visit while in area and store was clean and friendly. Plenty of specials as you would expect from a large chain store and layout reasonably easy to negotiate

We stayed at the motel down the Rd, went to safeway to get food for lunch the next day, the Deli was something left to be desired, selection was very limited & what was there looked like it should have been thrown out a cpl of days ago yuck

Needs to work on their bakery items / freshness. But usually well stocked. But limited range, usually have to venture to Ararat for more diverse range of items.

During our travels, always cheaper to stop in the local supermarket, Woolworths had everything we needed . General stores are very expensive, so if you forgot to bring something, this is the place to shop.

Good variety. Great service. All you can ask for in a supermarket. No toilets on site but staff were very helpful and specific in directing me to the public toilets nearby.
