I was referred to Bears to get estimates of a diff rebuild for a ute. I have nothing to do with utes but they gave us a very comprehensive quote: the best and the worst scenario & I was very pleased with the fact that they knew exactly what they were talking about. I had no idea whether the price is dear or cheap but my customer didn't go ahead with it anyway

Had 2 tries at repairing my rear wheel seals, first time it failed from a poor seal install the second time it failed after taking it back under warranty, the bearing they just installed failed from a poor install. Nearly ruined my whole diff with oil contamination from bearing particles, ruined the ABS sensor. Would not go near them.

Not very impressed by the overall professionalism of the company.Originally spoke to a Brett in April for a quote, he asked me to send an email to get the most spot on quote for replacing my vicious coupling , I hadn't heard back until I emailed back to chase it up and then get no reply again..Not impressed at all, all I wanted to do was get my car fixed as quick as possible.

Bear Diffs installed a new 4:11 gears Trutrac set-up into a SSV 2008 Holden Ute. Extremely happy with the removal and installation of the system. Great service with a great price. Would highly recommend their products/service/price to anyone.

Good mechanics are few and far between but Brett is one of the good ones! His customer service and workmanship are second to none. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.
