$379 for 40 minutes inspection - did not furnish a report $379 for 40 minutes work - no report on work done - worst service i have ever experienced - would not ever buy your product - and will share my experience with others. How do you continue in business?

Booked a service call for my ducted gas heater. Paid $299 in advance told included call out, service and labour to carry out any repairs.Technician arrived on time as agreed, was here for no more than 15min, to basically tell me that unit would be over $1000 to repair and no guarantee that something else would need fixing due to age of unit.MOST EXPENSIVE SERVICE CALL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED !!Would not recommend this service

You are immediately put on hold as soon as you call service .You could be on hold for 10-20 minutes .Sometimes the call is disconnected or drops out .I booked a service call 0n 25/01 /21 and had to pay $299 upfront for the service call which was booked for 12/02 21!!!!! On that day I was called and told that the technician would come between 12 pm and 2pmNo one turned up and when I called service I had to wait 10 mins and was told that they would call the technician and ask him to call me to update me on arrival No body called me .Climate Technologies are agents for Bonaire which is my appliance and I would not recommend buying that amake as Climate technologies service it and they do not provide good and reliable service in my opinionI have now been informed after several attempts to contact the service department that the technician cancelled the service due to weather !!It has been sunny and without rain here so am at a loss to understand how the Technician could predict bad weather without even coming here .All he had to do was phone me and ask what the conditions were ..Also why I was not advised at all of this !!They say a TXT message was sent but nothing had been received and in any case ,a call would have been better as it could have established the weather conditions here .I lost a day for no good reason at all .THey seem unconcerned about itClimate Technologies are shockingly inadequate with their service in my opinion.I am sorry I ever bought Bonaire Heating /cooling system,DEFINITELY NOT RECCOMENDED

We have now had a new Climate Technologies 'Bonaire' ducted gas heater for about 2 years. It replaced the previous Bonaire unit which was over 14 years old. This thing is a lemon, a total pile of steaming ..... It has been failing repeatedly since the day it was installed, regardless of the number of service calls or this will fix it" visits. I could and would not recommend this once great Australian brand if you paid me. The unit has just failed again with an obscure error code and we are jumping through all the hoops yet again. Stay away

I thought the callout fee was a bit high, but Climate Technologies offer a 3 month warranty on the callout, and if anything goes amiss with your heater they return and fix it without further labour costs. Their technician, Evan, ia a really professional guy who knows his stuff. He came out and fixed my heater in no time. This was my second callout which had nothing to do with the first, and the cost was only for parts. Well done.

Immediately put on hold, waited 10 minutes, still hadn't spoken to a person. Seriously who would deal with such poor service?Contacted someone else who is actually interested in answering the phone. Must be good to be too busy to sign up new business. I reccomend you go somewhere else.

Sit on hold for over 30 mins to be hung up on several times. Communication around booking service, ordering and obviously phone support is absolutely awful. Go somewhere else.

When you call you go on hold straight away. You don't even get a person that says please hold. Hold time is as long as 10 minutes. Also call out fee is $299.00. Ridiculous. Would not use them again.

Although I had a very rocky start with lack of contact from Climate, when they did acknowledge the warranty claim, things then proceeded smoothly.the technician they sent to do my repairs was very professional and efficient. He made sure that everything worked correctly and replaced the faulty part which meant also updating some other items.I am very happy now
