Patrina was very helpful with my initial phone enquiry, promptly answering all my questions. She allowed us to inspect the room before the stay, and we were very impressed. After a bad experience in another boarding facility, we were very relieved to find a great place for our two beautiful rescue cats, where we knew they would be safe, and Patrina would care for them very well. It was so good they had a whole room to themselves which was clean and had a big window box which they loved. Patrina was very accomodating, allowing us to bring their favourite things to make them even more comfortable. We were also grateful, she allowed us to spend time with them as they settled in. Patrina was wonderful updating us on how each cat was going and included photos, so we didn't have to worry. After their stay, our two treasures adapted well back home happy and healthy.

I just boarded my two cats at Carter's Moggie Minders last week and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this place. Patrina (the owner) was very responsive when I initially got in touch and was happy to have me come around before booking my cats in for their stay. Pricing is very reasonable, and drop off/pick up times were also flexible. The room the cats were in was lovely, with toys to play with and also a window box to sit in and get a taste of being outdoors. It's easy to see how much of an animal lover Patrina is, she treated my cats as her own whilst they boarded with her and provided me with daily updates

Patrina is kind, caring and compassionate. She treats all of her feline guests like they are family, and she has a great knowledge of cat behaviour, so can calm even the fussiest of our furry friends.Highly recommend her services when you are away from home.

I’m so happy to have found this business. I have 8 rescue animals in permanent care and never felt comfortable leaving them, even overnight. Meeting Patrina was a godsend! She looks after them as well as I would and they love her, even the shy and stressed ones. I feel confident now going away for extended breaks, as Patrina house-sits while I’m gone. I cannot recommend Patrina or this business more highly and have already booked her next two visits. Gold star!

We were nervous about leaving our cats alone for a week but Patrina saved the day! She took care of everything and sent daily photos and videos to let us know the kitties were happy and well.Will definitely use her services next time we go on holiday!

Patrina is always my go to when we need cat sitting or boarding. Her prices are the best in the area. She's incredibly responsive and works with your schedule and always provides updates and photos of the fur babies. We have used both cat sitting and boarding services and her boarding facilities are the best we have seen by far. I could not recommend Patrina enough, she's amazing!

Patrina took such great care of my cat. He was so nervous going into his first time away from home but Patrina earned his trust and had him going to her for smooches in no time. She kept me updated with pictures every day. The room was great it was comfortable and decked out with cats in mind. The outdoor enclosed window seat was a favourite.

At Patrina's my cat Maria had a whole lovely bedroom and window box in a home away from home for 4 days. I am so glad I decided to board my cat there instead of in a small cage in a vet clinic. I know Patrina looked after her well as she came home very happy. Patrina kept me updated with texts and pics. Patrina is a caring person and animal lover and I would recommend boarding your cat with her and I most definitely will again in the future.

Patrina is the most caring person my cats have ever stayed with. Both cats were stressed due to previous experiences in care and their progress (or lack thereof) was communicated to me promptly. They were housed in a well setup room with access to a lovely window box and plenty for active kitties to climb on. A home away from home.
