The staff here are very helpful and really know their stuff. Especially when fitting dancing shoes. Many students from our dancing school buy their Ballet and Jazz shoes from here. The Bloch brand is good quality with lots of variety in style, fit and sizing. I replaced my Jazz shoes here recently. The previous pair of Bloch Jazz shoes had lasted close to 10 years. Impressive.

The Returns Policy is very restrictive and quite different to other retailers. They will NOT return/refund and their credit notes are valid for only 6 months (and only for in-store purchase).

The girl there was very nice, efficient and quick. She knew about the shoes and was very helpful. The other staff were kind too! Will defiantly be coming back!!

Went to buy my grand-daughter a Bally Bag as the Ballet shop close to home had sold out. The exact same bag was $10 more expensive in Bloch. I looked around for something else but could see everything was well overpriced. Before looking around I went to ask the assistant a question and I was abruptly spoken to. I will stick to my local ballet shop in the future.

Had to get my 3 year old niece some ballet shoes and the lady was extremely helpful with sizing. Also been a dancer for just under 10 years and always find the dancing shoes are well made. Recommend 100%.
