This team of people are awesome. They could not do enough to help me sort out my change over purchase. They even delivered to my home the same day free of charge. They were friendly but knew their products . Cannot thank them enough. Price Match is a joke. Requested a price match for an item from the good guys and Harvey Norman (259 in store at betta and 229 at the competition) and was rudly informed that they won't price match as it is significantly lower rrp.. this was from the website but I did notify I intended to purchase at this store

After my refrigerator died between Xmas & New Year's, I needed to get a replacement fast. Betta had an excellent Haier 493 litre bottom mount refrigerator in stock at a very good price that they delivered to me fast. Great service. Great product.

Just gotta say it. 110% best customer service by far!Went in today to get a TV with a bunch of gift cards. They've answered all my questions, double checked with the managers (who were all super helpful even when so crazy busy) and sorted out all the gift cards one after another.They've never made an issue or remark on the payments. Even went out of their way to be friendly and take care of myself and the other customers.It's no surprised being there seeing all the happy customers and sales they're making.
