My husband and I ate here for the first time today and we absolutely loved our food. We both got the Grilled Barramundi fish and chips and it was so delicious. The honey soy glaze wasn't to sweet and went perfectly with the fish(which was great quality as well).Customer Service was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back again very soon. :)

First time trying RashaysFirst 2 pictures I tried the chicken pita lunch special and I loved it, tasted exactly like a kebab. The price was $15 and the quality of the food was great and they have outdoor seating too , their desserts are amazingThird picture I tried their churros they were nice and hot definitely will be returningThe fourth picture I tried the original char grilled chicken main double, the chicken tasted like straight from the BBQ and the mushroom sauce was so creamy

The food quality drop a lot and they had change the menu and removed one of my favourite pasta. We became member few months ago and came back every 1 or 2 weeks as the food was great. And now it is just a normal pasta, super salty chicken schnitzel, watery coffee. Please get back the old chef. Oh ya.. they also serve hot coffee in this cup.. I can't even hold it up due to the cup is too hot

Service is the best i have seen in Melbourne. Any restaurant needs 2 things. Good food and great service. They have nailed it with exceptional service Special shout out to Anmol.went there to celebrate my sons birthday and they did a great job by bring out the cake and singing it. Loved it.The food was not really what i expected. A bit disappointing. The stake was over cooked. and i had to work my jaw muscles."

Good service. Food is reasonable. Steak had to be sent back as it was medium well instead of medium rare. The new steak served was better but still not medium rare. Coffee was nice and hot. It will be better to have cups with handles esp for extra hot coffee. Too hot to hold.

Located next to Hoyts with good seating layout.Friendly service mostly, from greeting, order process and delivery. (Checkout could improve her attitude).Wait times for food was quite good. Food itself was great. Up there with the best Rashays.I've checked out the other two Rashays in Melbourne's West and this one is equal with Tulla and even better then Sydney Rashays..Good menu variety and food quality.

Not a person who writes reviews but forced to write this one. WORST customer service ever in my 5 years of being in Australia. Manager/owner (not sure who she was) served us drinks which we didn’t order. Upon informing her that it wasn’t our order, she responded back by saying it was all good, don’t worry. After hearing this, we started sipping on the drinks. Shortly after, this women comes back and takes the drinks back. Not only this, she also passed distasteful comments in a language which I clearly understand. Had to request for everything- table, menu, etc although it wasn’t busy at all. Both the drinks and food were just put on the table without asking what the food was or who ordered what. WILL never return to this place and won’t recommend anyone. As a human being, learn to respect other human beings, most importantly your customers.

Unfortunate experience here last night. Management and service was great, however the chefs leave much to be desired.My “Wagyu” steak, which I asked to be cooked medium, arrived well done and definitely did not taste or look like a Wagyu steak. (Photo attached)Lemon Lime Bitters tasted fake and processed, not the authentic made bitters. I suppose they’re keeping costs low due to the free refills. (Good idea)My friend had the Chicken and Avocado, of which the chicken was too salty, and the avocado was too hard. (Not ripe yet)After a couple bites, we found a hair in the food, which just killed our appetites.Management did what they can to rectify the issue and provide a solution to keep us happy. Need new chefs ASAP if they want to be successful.
