Always clean when I come here,nice staff and chicken is always nice unlike my local burliegh store where the kids just stand around like there too cool doing nothing with every table dirty and bins overflowing,even had a kid winge cause I asked for extra salt then didn’t put any on,well done miami kfc

Gave us chips, not even cooked. Hard and cold. Another time we got 4 go buckets..both only half filled..we have bought many mountain dew freezes, always only half filled with ice/drink. Never give any seasoning, although we specifically ask for seasoning. Friendly service although very little service. One young girl on counter has to pack orders and serve. Other sraff stand and watch her. unimpressed. Needs serious improvement. Love kfc, but this store struggles. Nice location. Just needs to improve a little. Pics show the amount of mountain dew freezes we got every time from kfc. Pic show go bucket half filled. Staff stand around staring. Needs to improve.

They advertise chicken yet they never have the type you want. Always out. Gives you attitude when you ask questions about other items. Always wants you to buy the more expensive deals. No wonder so many people walk away from this place without ordering. Shameful.

Waited so long on a snack box I lost my appetite and left with without receiving order, two staff at the front just standing around, one gawking at me starangely because she didn't even know why I was there. Just a reminder not to eat kfc.

The workers need to show more urgency. 3 times now it's taken 40 mins to get my food. Either put more staff on or train the ones you have to move a bit faster. I went in and asked if they need a hand. Pathetic.

Completely unprofessional!Due to a response of “we try and go as quick as possible because we’re in competition with another kfc”…..completely unprofessional!I expect to order my food without being pushed to answer questions without even having a chance to respond.Instead of having a 12 year old in the window with a pathetic attitude, work on your customer service.Without good (should be excellent) customer service, you don’t have customers, without customers you don’t have a business or a job….Couldn’t have been more disappointed! This has been a repeated issue with this store.Not acceptable.
