My order is never right. Like ever.Always missing somthing, got somthing extra, burnt badly packaged/spilt. Charging people ridiculous prices through third party delivery services and doing nothing for the customer when you don't get the order right. Even worse you threaten to call the police on them. Quick way to go outta business I'd say. By the looks of the last couple of complaints it might now be far off.

Took the grandies here for lunch. Not something I regularly do and I didn't feel comfortable most of my time there but the grandies loved it.Reasonably busy at the time so I'm not convinced it's a fast food" outlet - It wasn't!!!"

The Ultimate Double Whopper, and the Angry Whopper at this Hungry Jacks is a well-presented burger that is worth the price. Staff is polite and service is fast and efficient. Cleanliness is also a plus. Definitely worth the price.

Never gonna visit this store again ever, worst.Today I ordered a hot chocolate, then the hot chocolate which I got was one of the worst in my entire life , And they like to prioritise the delivery drivers from Uber Eats rather than attending the customer standing in front of them before those delivery guys.

Would be nice to receive the right meals when ordering through the drive through. I ordered a hash brown and egg & bacon Muffin. Upon receiving it, I could see it had black sesame seeds all over the bun and Barbecue sauce in the roll.... so I think it was a turkish roll that they gave me. Plus, they forgot to take my money. I had to ask them on who I had to pay. Please get your orders right. Not the first time this has happened.

There was an issue with online order. And instead of asking me what I ordered I waited over 5 minutes in drive through while they had no idea then they finally asked. Not their fault but no real apology, not really handled efficiently

Pretty good service.Went drive through.Unfortunately they stuffed up our order the first time, so we had to go through the drive thru a second time.They did make up for it by giving us extra stuff though haha

Customer service was very good,I ordered a whopper, onion rings and coke,My burger was overcooked and cold I was quite disappointed as I rarely treat myself to take away, Order being placed via drive through I didn't have time to go back and return my food..
