We have been taking our puppy here for a few weeks now, they are so kind and gentle with her and always tell us how she was! Highly recommend and very reasonably priced as well :)

If I can do more than 5 stars I would. These guys are fantastic. Our dog Ziggy was staying there last weekend and I went to collect him Monday but had 2 cancelled flights from Sydney to Gold Coast that I didn’t get to collect him till late at night but that wasn’t a problem for the team. You guys are amazing and I will back next time Ziggy needs a holiday

I dropped my two dogs off there on Saturday morning clean and healthy I picked them up on Sunday afternoon and they both absolutely stunk of urine and God knows what else. One of my dogs had contracted a virus and spent the 48hrs afterwards with the runs.There website advises that they run the dogs for 4 to 6 hours a day however my dog who wasn't sick came home full of energy as if he'd been locked in a cage for two days.Out of all the boarding kennels my dogs have visited during our travels this one would be one of the worst. We paid for a service which I don't believe we received. We would have been better off leaving our dogs at the caravan park we were staying at.Would not recommend!

Our pup Coco stayed for 1 week with the girls & guys at GC Pet Resort Currumbin. I was a little nervous at first as we have never left her here before. Whilst we were away the staff gave updates on how our pup was going with the other dogs/ staff. She has come home happy, looks well & smells nice and clean- we know she has been well looked after! We will have her stay again, thanks guys!

I cannot thank the Gold Coast Pet Resort, Currumbin enough who took amazing care of my 2 girls. Also Jacinta was amazing when I called every 2 days checking in on them, she was patient, kind and understanding every time I called. It was a huge weight off my mind knowing they were very well looked after and loved their time there. Thank you SO MUCH! the girls will love going back when we need to travel again.

Just picked our boy up. Very unhappy, angry & upset!!!! His Harness was left on him for 5 days!! Something smelt horrible when we picked him up. He was all wet & had a rash under his harness. Rash & bleeding under his harness. His FUR is now STAINED GREEN from his harness from it been left on him SOAKEN WET. Our poor boy!!! This never happens even after taking him for swims at the beach. I spoke to Michael on the phone today he said they are under staffed & have over 80 dogs in there care. Not every dog will be babied. His exact words!! Well what are we paying for??? Never ever will our boy stay here again!!!! Very poor care & terrible customer service!!! The Owner still hasn’t personally contacted me even after sending him photos & calling him. Our dog groomer washed our boy 3times & his fur is still rashed & stained GREEN. It’s bloody common sense to take a harness of a dog if it’s SOAKEN WET!!! Our Poor boy was left like that from Thursday to Monday!!!! This is by far a NOT a pet resort this place is a doggy jail. We also payed extra for him to stay in the luxury room he was all the way out the back when we picked him up!!! Do not send your fur babies here!!!! They don’t generally care & have a love for dogs they just wana take your MONEY as they will take as many dogs they can in there care & not enough staff to love & care for these fur babies!!!
