Gavin was exceptional. Highly recommend his plumbing services. Our situation was complex with an extremely old loo which needed replacement in a very tight space. Gavin talked to me on the phone via facetime so I was able to locate the cheapest and correct loo replacement then once I had the correct loo, he arrived at my door just half an hour later to install. He replaced the old system within an hour and left the bathroom looking sparkly clean, better than when he first arrived! I was blown away by his service and expertise at such affordable pricing. Thank you One Touch Plumbing! Will definitely continue to use you in the future :)
