Awful customer service. Booked a year in advance and they still did not have the required parts. I was told two weeks for the pollen filter to arrive and still nobody has called to install it. That was over a month ago.Obviously no other mitsubishi dealer in a reasonable distance so I am stuck getting my services done there. If you have a option for any other dealer for service or sale go there, von bibra is now a joke.

If I could score a zero car review I would!!!Stay away from this business!!!!Once again I went to LDV Southport to get stuff fixed under warranty and to get a 75,000km service. I was quoted $299 for the service. Once it was time to pick up I was charged close to twice that amount at $562.My car was not washed, the ecu was not reset with my car condition showing bad, my odometer went from 75179 to 74500 on pick up, my invoice stated that it had a 50k service so I questioned if I was charged for that and was advised that it was an error and that it’s a normal occurrence, my service reminder sticker had 75k for its next service.I questioned this and was told that all these issues were a mistake made by the one of the service personnel and that if I wanted wait it could be rectified in the next hour or so. My car was there from about 8am and was called just before 3pm to say it was ready even though the guy said it should only take 2 hours.I watched only one person collecting keys whilst others just sat there trying to look busy.I would rather send my to Con The Fruiter or Mahatma Coat from The Comedy Company next.Stay way from this business!!!!

I explained how the vehicle was sluggish under acceleration, and not running smooth when slow.the explanation was that it has something to do with the transmission being new and will improve over time. I really don't accept this condition on a new vehicle, the test drive vehicle didn't do it ,and my friend who has same vehicle doesn't have this problem.i feel that I am being played off .respectively geoff bath.

2.9 stars out of 5 for a reason! My car is still undergoing repairs due to their negligence! Didn't use fully synthetic oil, never offered hire car, i watched them absolutely rip off a customer who had a language barrier- disgraceful how are they still in business?!

I took my car in for its first service after purchasing. Just be careful as they try to charge you extra for small mediocre things. I got a call a few hours after I dropped it off and was advised that I needed a rotation and balance on my tyres as well as there’s a carbon build up due to using 91 unleaded fuel (which I was told to use when first buying the car from the sales team - who by the way I cannot fault as they were great to deal with). I think us female clients in particular need to be aware of places like this trying to rip us off. Always get a second opinion just in case.

Yeah the new car sales team are good but don't whatever you do take your car to the service department. Their customer service is horrible and they must have a bunch of apprentices in the workshop because they clearly don't know how to diagnose and fix a problem with any of the brands they service. I've had numerous dealings with them for both my Triton and my wifes' car and every single time left disappointed. Do yourself a favour and take it the Vonbibra at Helensvale they are much more professional, helpful and competent at their job.

3 services over for 1.5 years and not once have they actually provided parts they have said were on order. I have called several times and each time someone says they look into it and that's the last I hear. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

New car sales are AMAZING! Service department TERRIBLE.  1st 1000km Service (aka new car check over): took over 30 minutes to check car in and then the service" took 5.5 hours

This place is dodgy, there’s no two ways about it. There’s a service manager who gives zero cares about customers and this reflects right down to his service agents. Where do I begin?Had my car in for a normal service and requested it back before 2.30 for school pick up. Turned up at 2pm to be told “oh yeah it won’t be ready until 4pm”. Well if you knew that Tom why didn’t you ring me as a courtesy?I was told that I needed new brake pads and he would email a quote. Tom also didn’t give me a receipt for the service, said he would email it also. Nothing. Over a two week period I phoned FIVE times and left messages with various people to ask for my receipt and quote. My husband ended up going into the office to get the receipt. Ended up taking car elsewhere to get the break pads done as they never got back to me. I’ve never experienced such rubbish service!In the mornings there’s a line out the door at car drop off. I asked the two girls in the corner who were discussing their social lives if they could check in my car, one replied “it’s not our job”. You have been warned, don’t bring your car here!

Had to get towed because vehicle wouldn't drive. They said they couldn't look at it for a month and no loan cars available. Took it to local mechanic who fixed it and said von bibra had left a loose intercooler hose when they did a recall a few weeks ago.
