I searched Google for a Migration Agent in South East Melbourne and little did I know that I was about to get lucky! From a cast of thousands, well, really, a few hundred, I picked Haydn Brand's name and phoned him to make an appointment. As soon as I met him I immediately felt at ease with his friendly and very efficient personality. I needed assistance with visitor visas for my niece and nephew from Croatia to travel to Brisbane to attend my son's wedding. Even for an e visa it turned out to be a lengthy and complicated process.
