Gertrude Petty Place - Mt Gravatt Conservation Reserve
I was quite impressed with this walk. If you park your car at Gertrude Petty Place and do the full walk to the mt Gravatt lookout it will take you around an hour round trip walking. I tried to do a run but some parts were too steep or too downhill it was more of a brisk walk. The views are great at the end and even got to see a koala sleeping in the trees at the top. Bonus theres a cafe at the top. Only down point is theres limited spaces for cars in the car park so had to park at the side of the road.

Our first experience on hiking in Brisbane. It's a good track for a beginner. Child and pet friendly, and there is also a cafe on the outlook area.

Great location to start the summit circuit around Mount Gravatt Mountain. Lots of stairs and loose rock/gravel in places - nice place to relax and see nature.

Love everything about this hidden gem…location away from the city, but close enough to catch the bus from the cbd. Parking is free. There’s a lovely community cafe at the top of the lookout, with clean bathroom facility; and a water fountain, to quench your thirst after an uphill hike, if you took this means to the top! Peace and tranquillity!

Gertrude Petty Place - Mt Gravatt Conservation Reserve
New car park has significantly reduced the area of grassy parkland available. Old car park has been turned into a useless roundabout you pass through to access the new car park. Memorial tree now faces concrete car park instead of nice grass area. Perhaps someone with more experience should have worked on this.
