This unique coffee spot in Subi is a definite five stars for its clean Japanese zen vibe, amazing homemade cakes pies and biscuits , as well as great coffee. Owned and operated by Claire who makes all the goodies and is always warm and friendly. Cauliflower cheese tart and fruit cake are sinfully good. It’s a hidden gem worth going out of your way for. Often. Incidentally there is also a lovely Japanese flea market just around the corner which continues the theme with unique and original Japanese antiques and curios ..

Claire is lovely and her food is very fresh, and homely. It's a really good place, feels fresh clean and friendly. Cake menu is rotating so you can enjoy different cakes whenever you go. Do yourself a favour and check this place out.

Everyone this is a must go to in Perth. Small, but mighty. The best food, service and coffee. I cannot rate it highly enough. The food is fresh, clean, tasty and different from anywhere else in Australia. Absolutely exceptional and just what you feel like at any time of the day. I wish we had one in Melbourne! Ordered a chocolate, strawberry and prune tart for an office birthday party this week. Easily the best dessert ive ever had. Was rich and decadent. Cant wait to have one again!

Amazing service, Claire is gorgeous! Food looks so inviting I just want a slice of everything. Lemon and passion fruit tart was absolutely perfect. Definitely spending all my lunch money trying everything here
