Deep Holistic Therapies

Since moving away from Bondi 5 years ago, I haven't been able to find any massage places on the North Shore that even come close to Deep. Even the 5 Star hotel spas have nothing on Deep. The team here are excellent - best remedial massages you can get.

Had a most glorious massage here. I love the way they combine healing techniques and you just feel totally zen and aligned. Highly recommend

This place is amazing! I had the best massage that I have ever had with Lisa. I feel realigned and relaxed. The place is so beautiful and I am grateful to have found this absolute gem!

It was okay. I asked three times for the pressure to be harder, but it remained quite a soft, half hearted? type of massage with minimal feedback questions to confirm problem areas throughout the massage. The stretching was so light that I didn't actually feel any stretching and it seemed a little pointless. For $98 for 60 mins, I expected to feel invigorated or relaxed, but the pressure was so light that only half the time did my muscles feel like they had some sort of blood flow increase or stimulation. It was a Christmas gift so a bit of a let down unfortunately. There were some relaxing moments where the masseuse did actually find and target a muscle, but I expected that to be the whole time rather than some of the time especially for the price.

The most incredible place. Life changing in fact.You don’t just get a massage, you get healing, energised, genuinely cared for and will walk out of this place feeling like a different person.Such a special spot. Well worth the hour drive for me to get there!

Wow, best massage I've had in Sydney. One of the best ever actually. It's hard to find a masseuse who actually feels out the sore spots. Such a cute holistic atmosphere, it felt like a holiday away from home, thank you so much! Beautiful store products as well.

A little gem hidden right in the middle of Bondi. Great massages, they know what they are doing, nice warm and cosy rooms. You pay the same price as those Thai massage places where you can only hope to get a good massage. Here you get so much more for your money. Great place!

Great little massage joint. Very comfortable and welcoming with a nice spiritual touch making it pretty unique in my books. Received an incredible massage from Lisa which really felt catered to what I specifically needed.
