All our 3 fur babies feel loved and cared for at Dr Paws Wangaratta. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We love that they have the Vax for Life program at the clinic as well.

Outstanding staff all around from admin, nursing and vets. The staff are genuinely invested in my dogs health and well-being. The staff also go to a lot of effort to make sure we are supported as Pet owners and are managing ok at home, especially for any complex issues. They are vigilant at following up where needed. We have had exceptional care always. Reasonably priced also. We really appreciate the staff at Dr Paws.

The team at Dr Paws were so lovely and so helpful. I had a rescue kitten that I was worried about & when I called, the lovely lady on the phone got me an appointment & answered my questions. She also called a few days later to check in to see how he was going. Very professional and compassionate service. Thank you to the team at Dr Paws :)

A Vet from Dr Paws Wangaratta, was that incompetent and unprofessional that they incorrectly claimed that a DNA verified Natural Born Bobtail pup was docked by us, when even the RSPCA said we did not.The Vet even incorrectly stated that a pup was months older than it actually was, if you can't even actually tell the age of a pup you should not be caring for peoples beloved pets.When I contacted the Vet with regard to their unprofessional behaviour they just ignored my complaint.

Macey went in for the 3rd vaccination checkup. Normally, a little scared with heights, but the vet was so gentle and reassuring with her that she stopped shaking. The girls at the front desk are always wonderful and willing to give a caring word to both my dogs. Can't say how much this practice makes my fur babies and myself at ease every time . I want to thank all the staff for all you do .

I just want to take the time out to thank Mandy and her crew for their amazing commitment to making sure our animal kids are getting the best care. Each time I go there. I feel so welcomed and know that my dogs are getting looked after by a confident, professional and caring team. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Paws to any of my friends or family. My French bulldog had Brachycephalic airway surgery. The staff kept me well informed about what was going to happen and let me had come out of surgery. He has recovered great and even stopped snoring.
