Only one problem- once you have had Emelias you are ruined for any other sauce forever. It is super duper delicious and made from legit ingredients locally in Kyneton. I love their umami mayo, their tomato sauce, their aoli, EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT. Literally yum as.

Best salad dressing I have ever tasted, cannot live without it so please don't ever stop making it. Love the pickled onions and the dips. $20 shipping for a 250ml bottle. Then tried to tell me that's what Australia Post charge. Then, hilariously, said that they invented umami sauce. Clown town.
