I contacted Tim after being very dissapointed with the service from another 'big' Real Estate agency acting as my agent for my rented property. From my immediate interaction with Tim until I ended up moving back into my house, Tim and his team were fantastic as they went above and beyond what other agents would typically do. I can happily say this to as I have had a few investment properties over the past 20 years and have experienced many types. Block Real Estate were extremely helpful when I was looking for a rental for myself as I was sent to Canberra to work away from home for 14 months. Tim told me he had a great fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment available for the start time of my project and I was able to do a zoom meeting with Trish at the apartment due to the fact that I reside in Queensland.Great property, neighbors and location made it very easy living for the time I was in Canberra and Tim was also very helpful and accommodating when any maintenance was to occur on the property.As my job requires me to work in all different locations around Australia I would definitely place Block Real Estate as one of the best agents that I have dealt with.Thanks Tim & Trish for all your help and if my company gets another project in Canberra you'll definitely be the first agents that i'll call.Regards,Peter.

I wish that we were leasing through Block Real Estate the whole time. We commenced our tenancy through a different agency and received the place in a far less than desirable condition. Throughout our tenancy the landlord changed to Block Real Estate and there was such a difference, with repairs done, mould removed and improved communication. Tim really manages the property in a way that give a landlord peace of mind. As landlords ourselves in a different location we appreciated that and would us Block Real Estate to manage our property if we needed an agency. Although we had some differences in opinion when leaving the property, these were mainly due to the condition we received it from the previous agency. Both landlords and tenants benefit from using an agency as thorough as Tim and his team at Block Real Estate.

Tim was just outstanding when a big franchise real estate agency was falling apart with new staff who dropped the ball on two of my rentals, notifying me the day the tenants were moving out without a go to advertisement strategy which meant no rental income for long periods of time. Tim was approachable and quick with repairs which the former agency failed to notify me. He was honest in his approach and when I put the property for sale, he gave me a realistic and reachable price, but then exceeded it! Would highly recommend Tim and the team at Block Real Estate.

Thanks to Tim and his team who were able to sell my townhouse for a great price considering the way the market is at the moment. As well as managing the same property as a rental the year previous with excellence.
