Had this company setup our AV system for our office. 12 months later, the system is broken and I cannot get a lick of help from these guys. No one answers the main number and if you do get through, no one ever returns your calls or emails.

Can't seem to get anyone to respond to my emails or return my calls. Pretty disappointing as we have used AV Media Systems in the past, and would've preferred they complete additional work at our office since they know our space and setup well.

Dillon and the team at AV Media Systems were extremely responsive. It took them a few days to get a quote to me and I'd been waiting weeks for others. After the quote was approved, they were efficient in installing. The service was fantastic, I highly recommend.
