Typo

Very good store, bit small. Not much stock but its the time of the year to get all your gifts so I understand... Staff are fantastic. Good to keep in a budget and they support the Cotton On Foundation #cottononfoundation

Walked out of Windsor Smith after a terrible experience and was lucky enough to be served by one of the most bubbly and friendly ladies you could ask for. Thanks so much for making us smile. Simply great service with personality.

Went in today and their employee Taylor was so sweet, helped us find the perfect Christmas gifts.

So this is a place I previously would've rated 5 stars because of customer service and epic stuff that's just different. But I've had to update my opinion about typo and it's not just the Robina store to clarify, but all of them. I don't know when it happened but slowly the stuff you can get here just got boring. If the product selection reverted back to 2 years ago it would be awesome. I miss the deer heads made of cardboard and the retro games etc. Something about the current range just screams recycled 80's designs and they're not appealing, at least not to me.Customer service is still exceptional, but you need to back your staff up with a better range to empower their sales.

my boyfriend and I went in there like 2 minutes before closing time accidentally and realised we left a bag worth of like $100 in there, and the kind lady let us in to check and get our bag and was very nice and kind about it. Thank you <33

when i walked into this particular store, i saw a makeup bag i was interested in buying, although i was indecisive on the colour. so i places the recent one i was looking at down and grabbed the other yet i forgot to put it back up. when i was at the counter, a male staff member asked if i was still in need of the first makeup bag. i said no, and he said back, sounding like he was trying to fight back the urge to scould me, said alright. and walked away. then i was waiting in line when i realized the box it was in said $5, but the actual product said $3, so i was confused and went to the closest staff member which happened to be the same one from before. i said “excuse me” and he turned around willingly until he noticed who i was. i asked how much it was and before i could even finish, he started walking away. rude. it made me feel unwelcome so i left. don’t have high hopes for this shop anymore.

my friend and i were in typo yesterday morning and as i was looking around my friend was waiting to pay, as i joined her at the counter we could see two of the workers in the storeroom talking about some competition they won while we were waiting to be served, we would have to have been waiting at the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone finally came to serve us and as we were being served another employee rudely interrupted us while we were trying to pay to inform her college that they had one a competition.i was disgusted with the service we received

Had the best day time at Typo! Erin (the one with the red hair) was absolutely the best! Her bubbly personality and kindness made my shopping experience both enjoyable and memorable. I will definitely be returning to typo!!
