Love the Salt & Pepper calamari with Salad - hits the spot. Can’t believe Ellen remembered what I had last time, and Thulya’s memory of our last interaction was a pleasant surprise. Staff behind the bar are all great.Food is great, the experience is just as good.James, you have a great team!

Highly recommend TGI’s in Frankston. The ribs in particular were amazing! Also great service and food was very quick to come to the table too.

Very poor experience this evening.The lack of staff on the floor was probably the big issue here.We ordered using the app.Potato twisters were cold.Ordered a kids Stripes Chicken Fajita Plate, it arrived with hard & stale tortilla wrap. There no staff on the floor I had to leave my table to find a staff member.They apologised and took our meal, it was re plated up, with fresh tortillas, but half of the chicken was gone. The chicken had been in the wraps my daughter had tried to make.Then to get some table water I needed to go to the bar, there were glasses ready but no bottles of water. I was made to feel like a nuisance.We won’t be coming back here. Sorry.

Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, wasn’t too crowded. Alicia was our server and she was super friendly and attentive. Great food ordered the chicken tenders main (chicken portion is huge, more like chicken schnitzel than tenders). They could lower the music so it’s not so loud. Overall nice experience would come back after watching a movie next door.

An excellent bar grill restaurant which we attended at lunch.The food ranges from various steaks to hamburgers and Mexican food. The restaurant has a full bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.The only disappointment I had was, the meals were not served together; I had Chicken Wings, and the other dish was the Signature Whisky Hamburger which was served 10 minutes apart.The food itself was delicious,and portions were above average.

First arrived was greeted and seated was told our waitress was going to be Lucy, 20 minutes no waitress forced to use app on table to order dinner, first meal arrived and waited 10 minute for other main meal. The first meal steak cost $53.00. I could have gotten a better cut and cooked it better from the supermarket. Gravy was so salty, chip cold, and season vegies over sauced. Burger was bland with not flavour, if I wanted to have a bistro meal I would have gone to a pub, oh yes we never met our waitress, not once did she attend our table. We had other people bring our meals. The atmosphere was reasonably nice.

came here with my 2 friends after training for a bite to eat. Everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were lovely. Would recommend!
