Harvey Norman Morayfield

Absolutely fantastic service from Harvey Norman at Morayfield, 10/10. I was dealing with a warranty issue on a TV, Shane from electronics helped get it sorted, extremely proactive and with brilliant customer service. Got it all fixed within a week.I've got a mate who's buying a house soon and will need to buy new things for his place , he's so blown away by my experience he'll be shopping at HN Morayfield as well. Staff are rude and difficult to deal with ,we had to return a Onkyo receiver as we weren’t able to get it to recognise our speaker system.Staff member at that time took detail of the fault said he would keep in contact Stephen had to do all the chasing,they would not replace the unit until they received the faulty receiver back the manager was very arrogant and not willing to compromise also other staff were rude.The receiver was only two months old.We have spent a lot of money at this store. I will never shop there again

Haven't been to this store for quite a while, so decided to try them again for another purchase.Very accommodating sales staff , items were in stock , store is very well merchandised and a great place for browsing as well.Will certainly come back again.Highly recommended.

First time experiencing Harvey Norman and I'm already impressed with the level of service. I was searching for a specific mechanical keyboard and they are the ones who actually have it in stock. (Neither do EB Games nor JB Hi-Fi have what I was was looking for). Service in store was great as well, staffs were highly professional, well presented and friendly. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended.

I recently purchased a fridge from Harvey Norman and was very disappointed in the whole experience. Unfortunately the staff spoke badly about other members of their staff in front of us and after paying for delivery and set up cost the delivery arrived early (which was great) but the delivery people were so small that one literally jumped from the truck onto the big box to make it tilt back onto the trolley. Though I can’t blame him because he physically couldn’t have lifted it. Unfortunately they couldn’t bring it up the stairs and while answering their boss (who called multiple times) they were told to stop *******wasting their time and just say it can’t be done. They said their insurance wouldn’t cover any injuries if they took it up the stairs on the trolley. They then offered to take it back to the shop which would be useless so they eventually agreed to leave it outside down stairs. After they left it took 1 man and 2 teens to lift it on a proper trolley. All I could think was why the hell did I pay so much delivery fee for nothing. I recommend not wasting your time or money. Go somewhere else.

Brilliant! Helped us solve our needs, gave us all the information we needed. We didn't feel pressured to purchase, so thank you. In the end we did purchase a new BBQ. Very happy with the purchase.

The best shopping experience. Amazing customer service. If you ever need any guidance with home electronic appliances Josh is the person. Josh was very patient and went above and beyond to unbox and demonstrate the speakers and assisted in choosing one based on the requirements. Very satisfied!
