Recently purchased a couch from Adriatic Furniture- Antonio who was absolutely amazing, he was such a pleasure to deal with in his service.Very knowledgeable and the sale itself was quick and smooth.I can keep you updated with how the delivery process goes.But definitely check it out if your after a couch they do have a good range of modern couches.

I’ve made 2 purchases with Adriatic recently and their quality of product and customer service was excellent. We recently received our Laguna stools and Camilla chairs and we could not be happier. Our purchase was made with Joseph at Nunawading and the entire process end to end was perfect. We were kept informed through the process up until the delivery by the customer service team and the delivery team provided a seamless delivery with great communication. I wish I could give 0 star!! I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t warn you all not to ever purchase anything from Adriatic.We bought a Fable coffee table couple of month ago. Top part got unattached from the base and fell on my partner's foot. He had so severe pain. We went to Box hill hospital to check how serious was injury and was in hospital until 2 AM next day. Just imagine if there was a child near the table!!Their costumer service is shocking and even after countless emails, calls, and attending in the store, they just don’t bother replying as promised or resolving the issue. They don't want to refund!! Just replace their unsafe and faulty product or voucher!!!When we wanted to buy our sofa and coffee table, Antonio said if you have any issue just call me, I will solve it (he said many times)!Purchasing stuff from this brand was a big mistake!!!

After spending almost 20k with this store last November and told my order would be ready in early January. I still do not have my order in full. I have been lied to multiple times and despite multiple escalations, I still do not have a reasonable timeframe for resolution of this issue. Have been most disappointed with Joseph who made the original sale and Dusan. (Updated) Despite continuous follow ups. I finally get a call back from the owner Lenny, instead of owning the issue , it is a raft of excuses and a bad luck not our problem attitude. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere. It is not worth your time and the stress of dealing with this company to get what you have paid for.

Definitely Recommend Adriatic Furniture. The quality of the furniture is great. The prices are really competitive and is definitely worth the product. Dusan from the store is really helpful and always works towards helping the customer. Definitely recommend the store and Dusan to anyone wanting to grab a good furniture deal.

Wonderful showroom with pleasant staff who where informative and not pushy. My buffet and coffee table arrived on time, even though I expected delays due to the new normal of supply chain issues. I was informed through the process and delivery was also professional. This was my second purchase, the first through another showroom, overall excellent customer service and a great range of quality products. I highly recommend Adriatic Furniture.
