Absolutely first class service. Andrew and grant went out of their way to help us with our order. The product is high quality and was delivered on time. Super accommodating with necessary design changes. Helped us no end with the hardware for our doors. About to place another big order for all the windows in our house. Absolutely 5 star. Highly recommended

Absolute shocking service from this company. I ordered windows in November, they said they’d be ready early Feb. Had to keep emailing for an ETA, often didn’t get a response. Finally got through end of April and they said they had been ready for awhile - but no one bothered to call to tell me or organise delivery thar I’d already paid for. Apparently they’d lost my contact details even though I’d been consistently emailing. Windows arrived and they’re damaged, one doesn’t close properly and there is broken beading. They tried to tell me it’s probably my fault as they were sitting in their warehouse for so long?? They said they’d send someone out but it’s now August and I’m still waiting. Have had multiple no shows. Most recent excuse is they had the wrong address and phone number, even though they were able to deliver the windows and had called me that same day. On top of that I’m still waiting for the fly screens I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend.

Shocking service. Ordered a window with fly screen. After sending in all measurements and photos the very expensive fly screen won’t fit. They refuse to fix the problem or do anything to help beyond charging more money to make another one. Incredibly disappointing

Terrible service. Joe the new owner doesn't answer his phone. Won't commit to fixing their defects. Saying they are under staffed yet they are doing other jobs. Our client has had defective windows for months now and Racecourse continue to avoid fixing them.
