Stay clear of Eton's at all costs!!! Especially if they are trying to sell you a property. Their staff are unethical and lie about every possible thing they can, just to sell you their property. Toni Walker was my agent back in late 2019 and I had the worst experience. I then tried to contact the Director via phone and email to talk about my complaint, they never got back to me. I do not recommend this business at all.

Emily at Eton Property is honestly the best property manager I have ever come across. I have been a tenant of dozens and dozens of real estate and Emily is in a league of her own in terms of professionalism, efficiency, communication and care. She is exceptional at her job. Someone give her a raise. She is an absolute asset to Eton, and because of my experience with Emily, Eton will be the first real estate I contact when I am looking to buy property.

Our sales consultant was Barbara and she was great, every step along the way has been hassle free. Pre settlement by Jenny and property management by Jennelle has also been good.

An awful experience!Would prefer to give zero stars.We were interested in purchasing three properties at a Camberwell development this mob were selling. Dealing with John was difficult. He was only interested in the sale. There was no personal service, actual interest in us or what we wanted to purchase. Just pressure selling.Then I unfortunately dealt with Maxwell. The type of salesman that says anything to get a sale and is not true to his word.He suggested the developer would pay for flights for us from Sydney to Melbourne to view the display. It never transpired. Then he prioritised a sales meeting over showing us the display. We had limited time in Melbourne and were there to purchase 3 apartments and other family members wanted to purchase 2 apartments. Maxwell didn’t even know the correct date for our meeting which was astonishing and couldn’t even recommend the best apartments in the block.It seemed like he couldn’t be bothered putting the work into assisting us. A very particular exchange.What’s perplexing is that you would think Maxwell actually would have made the effort to sell 5 apartments for a handsome commission???We purchased elsewhere and the service was impeccable.

Big shout out to Keith, who’s been most helpful and patient to all our concerns and questions. He also demonstrated his professionalism in the industry thanks to his construction background.Super impressed with the service.

Nothing nice to say at all about this narcissistic real-estate nothing but very poor communication, very nasty treatment from staff and very unethical behaviour as well. I can say slot more. I highly recommend to stay away and do not have any business to do with them at all.

I spoke with Elizabeth on helping me find a rental property. She was so lovely the entire time and really ensured that we will be able to find a suitable property. She returned my phone call straight away and remained so friendly even when asking to withdrawal an application as the property wasn’t what I was after. Honestly a delight to chat too! Would highly recommend !

Emily and Liz have been fantastic property managers. They’ve been easy to communicate with and will get things fixed in the property promptly. I’m sad to be leaving but excited for anyone to use or have this company as property managers! Thank you for everything!

If I could I would give no stars at all, this real estate agent is by far the worst to deal with nor even most of the staff working here. They lie and very unprofessional on everything they do and say. If I was anyone take the advice/reviews your reading and steer clear from this real estate unless you want to end up in a really bad situation and unpredictable one as well I highly recommend to stay away from this realestate

Wow - What a team!!! I have been very impressed with the level of communication and all the little things that this team have done since taking over the management of my property.I'll think of something that needs to be done and the response is usually - we're already on it or getting on it now.Highly recommend having a chat of you have a property to lease.
