Once again, Highgrove delivers outstanding service at Osborne Park store. They have products in stock, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great range and showroom. Not only that, my bathtub was already loaded onto my ute when I walked out the door!! Keep doing what you are doing!!!Cheers Kit

I can't say enough good things about the experience we had when dealing with Highgrove Bathrooms, especially Daniel and Alex. Everybody spent lots of time with us, swapped a couple of items when we asked, went out of their way to help at every step of the way, and even helped out when other suppliers messed up during our bathroom reno. Highly, highly recommended, and there's nowhere else we would go in the future.

Waited awhile to be served. Only one staff member on . Finally gave up and went elsewhere. I am doing a Reno on my bathroom needed taps . Never mind. May I suggest you take the phone number of the person waiting, have more than one staff member on. Provide some where for someone to sit . Ok so there might have been reasons for a lack of staff but it didn’t help me. Looking at the products they look good quality but I couldn’t see any Shepard,s hook or old world taps . Maybe you didn’t have any.
