What a disappointment King Living Customer Service has been. We are in love with our new Jasper couch and was thinking of purchasing a second set however they have now lost our business.After ordering a deluxe package which includes assembly- delivery didn't arrange assembly. They then arranged to have someone come in on a different day- they didn't show up and didnt have the courtesy to let us know and we waited all day. Then when we wanted a refund- I was bounced around from delivery-to customer service-to showroom-to delivery. It was extremely frustrating. Worst service I've ever experienced.Love the product but for the high price, we received extremely low quality in service. Not recommended.

Purchased a lounge which took four months to deliverArranged a delivery time for 12 md onwards Received a call from the contract delivery driver 9.45 am telling me the were 10 mins away I was 2 hrs away They said too bad it was their last delivery and I could arrange another when it suited me after Christmas ???I then completed a survey outlining my issues NO responseNow waiting on the phone for 24 mins to speak with someone from their Phillipines call centre ?Lounges now completely made in ChinaWhat has happened to the King Brand

I fully paid for my items to be delivered. I did not get my order as contractually obligated. I have been pleading with their overseas customer support for 4 months to have my order rectified and I still don’t have it. I have contacted them dozens of times and each time they say they will get back to me and they simply don’t. I contacted the store and they were rude to me. I spent a lot of money for this nightmare. Will never ever shop here again. In contrast, IKEA were lovely and fixed up their delivery error in less than a week with no probs at all. That’s how you run a business.

Very disappointing management from King Living. I am still awaiting a call back from Dipatch management regarding the finalisation of the assembly of my bed from 3 March 2023 a job was logged. Also, awaiting a call back regarding the delivery of my outdoor furniture. They say they will call back but never do. I wouldn't expect this level of service from such a high end reputable brand. The feedback doesn't end with the product but the end to end process...

King Living Chatswood very poor after care , waiting on parts but sent to warehouse. Customer Service terrible -call centre have no idea it has been 3 days apparently they don't speak to warehouse all done by email but still waiting on details so I can organise my own courier to pickup still waiting.A very Useless company do not buy King Living furniture at all. Not worth the time, stress and failing quality

Terrible customer service . Premium brand and great products but after sales is abysmal, now the call centre is moved to Philippines , they have had no training about the brands or products, hang up when they have had enough speaking to you and you cannot speak to anyone in Australia anymore . Constant fob offs and still blaming covid for delays even though after sales order the wrong replacement products again and again! It’s so disappointing King, not really premium service anymore , better after sales with fantastic furniture. Turn this around or you brand will be damaged !

Worst customer service EVER... absolutely useless!! Take a ticket and wait attitude.I have been an advocate of King furniture for over 20 years.In February of this year I received my fifth King Lounge. Happy with the lounge but noted the weave on the seat of the corner was 90 degrees opposite to the weave of the rest of the lounge giving the appearance of a different shade and colour.King arranged for a technician and acknowledged the issue and would organise repairs.4 months after the issue was reported a technician arrived in June with a new cover. Same issue!In August the corner was picked up and was advised it will be taken back to the warehouse for repair and returned in a couple of weeks.A few weeks had passed. I had to follow up to find out what was happening only to be told that a whole new cover had been ordered from China and will be another 6-8 weeks!!Nearly 3 months since the couch was picked up, I had been advised it would be delivered today. YAY! But NO, I didn’t receive a repaired couch but a box of complete covers for a whole new lounge! How could they get this so wrong!! Where is my couch???10 months since reporting the issue I am still waiting and have received no satisfaction from King customer service or any assistance to advise what is happening. They are only there to log requests. Not even able to get back to me and advise when we can have the couch and correct cover returned.Still without a complete lounge for nearly 3 months!! And I have no confidence that the next attempt will be successful.Do I have to wait another 3 months with only 2/3 of a couch?King furniture is not what it used to be, and it’s a shame. I am no longer an advocate.

We are so disappointed with the customer service from your end. It is pathetic for a company to be lying to their customers the way King Living does. We purchased a couch for our brand new home back in September 2022 and were told delivery would be before the end of year but they would be in contact to update of any changes. No one has contacted us throughout this whole process. We have been the only ones contacting King Living for updated and to make progress payments before the delivery date. Two weeks ago we rang and made a progress payment of $2k and were told we would be contacted in the next week or two to organise delivery as our couch is due to arrive mid December. Again, we heard nothing at all. Today we rang to get an update and they told us that our couch is due for delivery next Tuesday 20th and to please pay the full amount today which we have done (even though no one rang us in that period of time to advise of delivery date). An hour later we received a text message saying King Living have been trying to contact us and but have no been able to get a hold of us therefore our delivery has now been allocated for end of January 2023. NO ONE has contacted us today from delivery or customer services to advise of anything! Shame on you for lying and treating your customers this way. We have phone call history proof that we have not received any phone calls or emails from you today trying to organise anything. This is unacceptable and we will be taking this further. SHAME ON YOU KING LIVING. I would not recommend anyone go through this lying company!

King Living Service Review.Extremely appalling service and price gaugingI bought two bedside lamps online from king living worth $500. They deliver and customer service is the worst of any company I have come across in 20 years of buying stuff.1. Charging $125 delivery fees for a 30cm ring light x 2 for 16 km distance. I got a $1000 140cm chandelier deliver by a Melbourne company for $35. When I purchased the product and paid online deliver details showed FREE see attached and later, they sent me a full invoice with $125 delivery.2. If you chose pick-up the warehouse is only open for pick-up Mon-Friday 9am – 3pm when people like us are at work and must take leave.3. I paid for the product more than 4 weeks ago, but they still haven’t packed the products and kept it for me at the counter for collection. I must invest time in call them over the phone and booking a time.Completely rubbish service and the lady on the call gives me an option that if you don’t like to proceed with the purchase let us know. Arrogant and take it or leave it mentality all through.
