Oporto Ashfield Drive Thru
I’ve been here a bunch of times now over the past one and a half years because it’s the most convenient Oportos for me, but it has consistently proven to be the absolute worst fast food location, of any fast food franchise that I’ve used.I don’t use this word loosely, but *literally* every visit to this Oportos has had something go wrong.Every. Single. Time.Either no one answers at the speaker, or the order is missing an item, or they get an item wrong, or they tell you that they can’t do something (can’t have sauce on the side? Seriously?), or something else entirely. Something ALWAYS goes wrong.Honestly, I’m in awe that the service can be this consistently poor. It’s almost as if the workers are being told to do a terrible job, because they’ve turned bad service into an art form.If you come to this Oportos, you will regret it.

They cook to order in drive through / 10mins per car. Dumb system. MUST request salt on chips they are too cheap to provide as standard despite charging $25 for a chicken burger.Management don’t care, I bet they reply to this with ‘we care, contact a manager through our website’ like they said to the last guy who specifically complained about doing that and nothing happening - they don’t even read this stuff copy / paste / and repeat no changes will ever be made they send you in circles - just avoid it

Oporto Ashfield Drive Thru
Got to the restaurant, 2 girls on phone.Ordered a wrap and the other pulls out the chips with her bare hands to fry.Chicken was dry and instead of lettuce I got cabbage. Should I eat the chips ???The only tasty thing was the bottle of water.What a waste of money, I didn’t enjoy the meal.

Oporto chicken wrap with chilli sauce used to be my favourite take-away. Well, not anymore.I purchased one from the Croydon outlet today and it was nothing like the original! Too much bread (very THICK wrap),no salad or onion to speak of, VERY, VERY DRY. No delicious sauces dripping from this one!!I had one from Cronulla only last week: DELICIOUS!!

Knock knock! Is there a negative option please. It's the worst oporto I've ever seen. On our way long drive we ordered some food through drive thru and 80 percent of order was messed up with all burgers literally having half cooked patty and mayo, that's all, no salad or even a piece of lettuce. Staff seem tired and not interested in work. Means when you start order in drive thru for few people , before you finish your sentence, every single sentence I mean , you are confused half way thru sentence when you are being rushed thru with a phrase is that all for today?" I mean let me finish my sentence and then at every item

Oporto Ashfield Drive Thru
I recently visited Oporto and was very impressed with their wash station and service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was also delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the flavorful chicken and crispy fries. Overall, I highly recommend Oporto and would definitely visit again!

Oporto Ashfield Drive Thru
This fast food Oporto is located inside the Bp petrol station so It's a bit difficult to see it from the Parramatta road. Inside is very comfortable and there is also a little sink to take water and to wash your hands. The service is good and the staff members are polite and friendly. 5 stars is the right rating for my personal experience

Oporto Ashfield Drive Thru
On 30/01/23 at 10:20pm, I walked in to make an order at the counter. I was told that only the drive thru register was open, so I had to leave the store and *walk* through the drive thru to make an order. I asked if I could order at the counter while the clerk used the drive thru register, and I was told no, I had to walk through the drive thru. I tried to point out how dangerous it was, being at night and in the rain, but the clerk didn't care. A delivery driver was loitering nearby, and they weren't asking him to walk through the drive thru. I left and got McDonalds instead. I wrote a complaint to Oporto head office, but they ignored me. I'm not going to risk getting hit by a car for a meal.

Oporto Ashfield Drive Thru
Great little shop located inside BP servo. Food is always fresh and fast. I love it that there are plenty of parking and especially I drive a delivery truck.
