The cafe has delicious healthy food to suit most diets inc gf and vegetarian. The shop has a great range of bulk foods, cleaning products and personal care products. They have frozen organic, gf, and vegetarian meals. Lots of eco friendly products and gifts. Lovely and knowledgeable staff. Definately worth a visit.
