Sapphire Spas

We had a problem with the water fall feature on our spa. Saphire Spas made the identifying and provided a replacement valve the next day. They could not have made the process easier. Many thanks

Lost $8000. Saphire spas don't support there agents. Knowing the agent was has having financial difficulties they referred me to a local agent who went into liquidation along with my money. Be really careful with your dealings.

I dealt with Affordable Spas in Adelaide who gave me the best possible service and price on what I believe to be the best available spas.Even delivered and installed and commissioned the spa and heat pump 300km from Adelaide. Absolutely no regrets buying a Sapphire spa. Love it.

They were happy to take my money, tell me there was 5 month wait and then there was another 3 months on top of that. Installation was fine. The website and brochure are lacking a little information. Just a couple of things we couldn't find, even watching all the youtubes. Don't bother to try and contact them on a weekend either. Once I had the small issues sorted and started using the swim spa I am very happy. 3 jets on equates to a low to medium speed swim, 4 jets on and it is a reasonable workout. Won't suit olympic wannabe's, but certainly easy and good enough to use for a swim workout.

Wouldn't recommend Sapphire Spas to anyone if they want things fixed after installed.Had leak after 2 years which eventually they sent someone out to fix. 2 more years and another leak in exactly the same place! Not under warranty now but didn't give a warranty for the fix!Basically fobbed us off saying they can't do anything and sent us to Gordon Ave Pools and Spas who we got through. They just said cant do it and also fobbed us off.Today after 2 months of trying to get our leak fixed our plumber did it for us! Should have asked him 2 months ago! Not impressed with Sapphire Spas or Gordon Ave pools and spas. Get your after sales service improved wouldn't recommend either of you to anyone!

Beautiful Spa but a servicing nightmare. Gate valves faulty after warranty expires for leaks. CSN UltraZone UV unit which is a serviceable unit to change check valves and UV Bulb mounted so it cannot be serviced! Not sure what else is going to be a nightmare after 5 years!! Time will tell!

so far so great! We just decided to purchase a spa from Sapphire after comparing with others given the quick response and professioinal pre-sales support from Brian, who has been very paitent, returned every call or enquiry, organised a quick site-visit and gave us lots of advice in terms of spa selections and installations. Will come back to write another review when we finally have our spa installed, but just want to drop a quick note here and would like to recommand Sahpphire to anyone being thinking about having a spa.
