These guys are true gentlemen. Nothing is too hard for you. Very honest, polite and no trying to upsell for un-needed things. Very inclusive for all budgets regarding parts and servicing. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

These guys are amazing... Went in Sunday morning with a broken cable, needed a repair job as I wanted to ride that night and was heading back to Sydney on Tuesday. Even though it was obvious they were busy and if the cable had frayed inside the derailluer it would be a nightmare job. They still had a quick look for me. Luckily the cable had not frayed, so they fixed it quickly and repaired it on the spot. Most places wouldn't bother, but not these guys. Then they only charged a small fee for their troubles. Honest, reliable anfd professional, really appreciate the help.

Absolutely brilliant service, the gentleman who served me was incredibly helpful (even though I didn’t get the bike itself from their store) and gave amazing advice for someone who is fairly new to bikes. Definitely won’t be going elsewhere after the amazing service I got today.

Great service, was going to spend money on a new road/ race bike but they helped save my money and update my bike.I'm super excited my bike is faster and much better to ride now with better wheels and extension bars, they also serviced my bike and it is just a dream to ride now love it.Thank you so much, highly recommend Super Cycles if you want great service.

Great value service with TLC. The only thing these guys love more than bikes is getting cyclists back on the road. Really happy with the Silver Service, bike feels much nicer to ride now that it’s re-tuned. A+
