I have used CompNow a couple of times to service my Apple products. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the speed and the quality of the service is as good or better than going to Apple directly.

I took my phone in to be repaired, I’m not good when it comes to technology and had no idea what to do, the guys were really helpful and showed me how to backup my phone and even helped me check on my laptop i had done it correctly.Phone was fixed and ready for pick up next day and again all staff were super friendly and helpful. Appreciated they didn’t treat me like I was stupid, even though I only knew basics. Thank you to all who helped and I would most definitely not hesitate to refer anyone needing assistance with their technical issues regarding computers or phones.

I am very pleased to write such a positive review of the work that was done by CompNow and Stuart C in particular.The standout was the high levels of communication and fast, courteous and professional responsiveness to any questions I had along the way. For example, because I was a bit insecure about sending my very nice and quite expensive Macbook through AusPost I asked Stuart to let me know when he received it – which he did. And then he very quickly (within 24 hrs!) confirmed the problem, informed me that parts had been ordered from Apple, and gave me a timeline for repair. Indeed that timeline was met and my device was sent back – with an email notification and tracking number. You couldn’t ask for more. He was even polite enough to answer my email asking for a little more detail on what he found.So! Ten out of ten for CompNow and Stuart.

I have found CompNow people efficient, friendly, super helpful, patient, knowledgeable and expert. What more could anyone ask. They went to extra effort to find out if my repairs could be covered by warranty which I appreciated enormously. Bought an iPad (through daughter's school, for school) from CompNow. iPad decided to stay off (unable to turn on a month outside warranty). Decided to try my luck and send an email to the team @ CompNow asking to troubleshoot/repair or replace if need to. Filled in the service request, dropped off the iPad and less than a week later was told to pick up a free replacement from Apple! From the start, communications were great (and on point) from Jason Ly and his team. Amazing customer service on-site too. Your company will go very far with this kind of attitude!

I thought my iPhone 6 would need replacing as the lightning charge lead wasn’t connecting to my charging port, (I’d tried cleaning etc) but Aaron at CompNow got the tech person to clean the port properly and now it works perfectly. All free of charge!I went to CompNow Adelaide as they checked my wife’s dead iPhone 7 last year (>1 year old) and they told me Apple had to give 2 years stat warranty, so the phone got replaced with a new one. Professional friendly service! Thanks.
