Last week, in the middle of electricity blackouts, we discovered our generator would not run our water pump. We are on tank water and desperately needed water into the house. We decided we really needed to replace our 20 year old pump and headed for RIWS. The RIWS team were extremely helpful and even stayed open after their usual closing time for us. They were knowledgable and also gave us an excellent price on a DAB Esybox pump. They made sure we had all the information to install it correctly. Our 3.5 - 4.0 kva generator runs the DAB Esybox pump easily. I am grateful for their expertise and help and can honestly recommend them as experts in the field of water solutions.

I went in for some help but found the staff there very rude and arrogant.This prompted me to go to they're opposition.I will not be returning to Richmond Irrigation it was my first and last visit.
