Absolute worst Telstra experiences I’ve had, came twice and both times waited over half hour and then told they couldn’t see me. Go to lake haven instead, Daniel had me in and out in 10 minutes.

Its not specifically this store but all stores. Why cant you just pop in and get support? You need to have all these pre bookings and don’t try and call the store, they put you straight to a message bank.The whole customer service set up from Telstra online and in store is DREADFUL

This was a Bereavement visit to disconnect our brother's phone.The young man was so sensitive to my sister and my own sadness...we were cancelling phone numbers that for many years had kept us all connected!A week later we received a beautiful email expressing sadness for our loss...

Too busy, pushy staff, couldn't answer my questions properly. Not very friendly.

How's amazing and helpful service? I couldn't say enough but the staff was very helpful and nice. The man was so patient and smart, he fix my problem. I didn't know his name but I wanna thank him a lot.

David was exceptional. Went above and beyond explaining what I needed to know and ensuring I benefited from absolutely everything Telstra had to offer at the time. Stellar service all round.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Rude arrogant staff who are completely disinterested in helping you in any type of way even when they are seemingly quiet" with 5 staff members on the floor and one customer in store.Despite this and then booking an appointment for a certain time to then show up and still have to wait 3 hours to see anyone is a joke.Interacting with them is infuriating enough to make me contemplate switching providers to which I was told "well you'll still have to wait 3 hours to do that".Telstra used to be the gold standard for telecommunications in this country however it seems now they are scraping the bottom of the barrel

Can't even load simple web pages with my service that cost me over $2000.Disgraceful customer service.

This is a great place not to go to. They don't have any people skills. They happily let you sit and wait, and if no chairs-stand and wait and wait and ignore you while you wait and wait .It seems a waste time going here!!!!

The guys are really helpful. Solves all my issues and help me to choose right phone. But make sure make a appointment as soon as you reach there. Wait time my disappoint. But the guy told me how long it takes to serve and I did other stuff in shopping mall meanwhile.
