The staff are very knowledgable about the products they stock, but unfortunately, over the years they have become very tight with what they pay for your second hand gadgets......

my keyboard wasn't delivered because it was cheaper for them to take it to the post office and yet they could deliver me a note saying that it went to the post office? smh.

I was really nice too see they had so much on offer, I never expected to find actual hardware components such as CPUs GPUs and such. The price of some things I found came off as Yolo and some others being a bit high for second hand etc such as ryzen 3700 being priced almost rrp considering I have a 3800x that id sell for around the same if not lower I do feel some things as far as price range could be managed better.

Another CeX store in Sydney had incorrectly logged a product into their system. When ordering that product online, I was sent the wrong product.Belconnen store took the wrong product and issued a refund on the spot which was processed back to my account within the hour.Nice one Belco!

Tried getting an order sent only to find out that despite it says on the store site that they do delivery, that option isn't available online. If you don't do delivery, remove it from here. If you do, fix up the issue.

Second hand stuff always has some risk, but not from CEX, 2 years warranty and easy to claim for any issues. I’ve traded many items now as with store credit you get a higher payment. Excellent place to get tech upgrades

I would say I’m satisfied with the customer service here. I bought an iPhone here in Belconnen store, got an issue with battery and audio after using it for a few weeks, I emailed them, got reply the next day, took my phone to Tuggeranon store and got a better one. The staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks

sold me two phones, both broken - will only refund me a voucher.now I gotta try and get in touch with customer service who seem to only reply a day at a time as there is no phone number to call.one of the staff members, Kai(?) had also mentioned that a bunch of phones were stolen and then sold back to them which made me feel even more worried about the phones I was buying.On top of it all, you constantly have to wait for them to test your products when you bring them back when this all could have been avoided if they had tested them properly to begin with!In reply: Thank you for your response. Just putting it out there that either phone did not develop a fault - they were sold to me faulty. The first one (pixel 4a) the mic didn't work correctly which I discovered in a few days, and then the second (pixel 4a 5G) started boot looping after a few hours.The staff member, explained to me that the voucher is all they can provide for me as it has been a month since the initial purchase of the pixel 4a. I don't understand how you have sold me two faulty phones and now refuse to give me my money refund.

After waiting 15 minutes for a member of staff to talk to about a GoPro Hero 4 Camera I then decided to buy the Camera I was told they couldn’t sell it to me today as they didn’t know where all the bits were.Surely it’s a basic check that you have labelled and stored the parts properly as part of the assessment and then checked before you put it on display to sell!Very annoying as I’m on vacation and will now have to take the time to look elsewhere.

Really disappointed, got a controller for $50 and it didn’t work, went to bring it back but the store was shut although staff were sat inside playing games…When I came back again to return the controller they offered me $50 store credit or $14 cash.Will never be coming back here.I would recommend if you need an accessory go to a reliable retailer as I got one that worked brand new for $10 more at EB games
