Ordered biopak bowl from them. Ordered white color and sent brown natural color instead. Super rude Account called Vicki Cadman, firstly agreeing to make a return and then ended up finding all excuses not toI quote her rude email wordingI will arrange collection however please do not order these again as it is a waste of both of our time. .""When requested return but kept finding excuses to reject it and when we refuse to pay they thread us to send it to debt collector. Well what I can say.... so be it. I'm going to consumer Affairs now and my lawyers are ready for you :)"

Took 1 week to dispatch a small order while claimed will be dispatched in 2-3 days. Never reply email but keep sending marketing spams. Would probably avoid in the future.
