Don came out to replace electrical panel. When tenants moved in the power was tripping. Tried to contact him & after visiting him at his business address we were told he had covid. Then, when he did email us he said the job was operational & safe & blamed it on their faulty appliances! This is without going to check his work.We had to pay for another electrician to come out. He needed to replace it as it was a faulty switch & in the words of the electrician he used inferior Chinese switches"We had to pay again for this job to be rectified. Another $280 was paid so it would only be the right thing for Don from DR DYNAMO to refund for installing a faulty item.We have taken this matter further as he still has made no attempt to correct this.Do we recommend him. Definitely NO!"
