From the start to the finish Aurenew Energy was absolutely great. It took a while for us to make the final decision, but Jin (sales manager) helped us along the way and he answered every (and many) question! The people who installed the panels were very polite and professional - they cleaned and left my place as they were. I'm very happy that we decided to go with Aurenew! I highly recommend the team!

Really, the business was agreed at a very reasonable price.We decided on 6kw of panels (21 panels) and a 5kw inverter.Work was done very well and on time.Jin and his team were clear and concise on every detail.I feel pleased and happy.Clive and Alice.

The sales guy is very professional and patient. He took a few hours explaining the system and answering my questions. Finally I chose the Huawei Hybrid inverter which is ready for battery. Very good installation team, on time, clean, polite and helping me set up the inverter wifi. Very good experience dealing with them.

It has been a great experience with Jin from Aurenew Energy from the start to post installation. Jin personally came to my place to explain clearly what is 'needed' to meet my requirement instead of upselling, it was easy to understand how the system and saving works. Their price is reasonable compare to other 5 quotes I recoeved from others.Jin was extremely responsive and able to answer all my questions pre and post installation, including the use of the invertor app.The installers were professional and effecient, they only took about 3 hours to complete the 6.6Kw system with 18 panels without any drama.I highly recommend Aurenew Energy.
