Took my car for a simple fix here and left feeling amazed. Highest level of customer service I’ve received anywhere in Canberra in a very long time. A smile goes a long way :)As for the service- pricing was quoted accurately, communication great and efficient service all round.

I get my motorbike serviced here. Staff are lovely and awesome and the bikes and gear are all amazing. Just do not come here if you are on a budget. This is Beamer and you will pay.

I attended a great car maintenance event for ladies.It was an informative and fun evening.We were very well looked after by friendly experienced staff.The food and beverages were excellent.It’s great that BMW look after their customers and in this case the emphasis was on car safety which is so important.

Have always found the staff to be polite & friendly. Recently I attended the 'Canberra BMW's Car Maintenance Information Night For Ladies' and it was an excellent event. Key personnel and 2 female mechanics gave presentations & answered questions. It was well organised & not rushed. I personally got a lot out of it, & a lovely touch was the drinks, catering & take home goodie bag. Thankyou Canberra BMW!

Staff friendly and appeared more interested in chatting to each other in preference to potential customers.For a BMW bike store in a capital city, it doesn’t rate as well as A small motorcycle centre in Dubbo!
