I must have tried to buy shoes on an off day as both staff totally ignored me. I have bought shoes there before so was very disappointed. No help whatsoever. I might not look like I can’t afford your prices but you missed a sale today from both of us. Didn’t even get a greeting when walking into shop. Very disappointed. (Mrs Ray)

First time in this shop and with wide/ difficult fitting feet I walked away with 2 pairs of shoes. Friendly staff, patient and helpful. I’ll be back!!!
