They smoke their own meat. Their bacon is sooo good, I eat it raw. They have the best smoked hocks for stews. I stop by every time I visit family down that way.

Wow wow and yum!Stumbled on this amazing place yesterday whilst working through regional VIC.What a hidden gemWonderfully welcoming team.Pork and gravy roll to go .. it was incredible.They even threw in some freshly carved smokehouse ham for me to try.Do yourself a favour :) if you're ever in the area this place is a definite go to.

Definitely worth a detour off the M1. Get some delicious local meat served with big smiles and treat yourself to the best beef and gravy roll you'll ever have.Edit: I'm updating because I've had a chance to cook a roast lamb leg and lamb rack from the team here. Honestly, this is the best meat I've ever had the pleasure of cooking and eating. Bravo to those amazing local farmers and the care of these fantastic butchers. I will literally drive the 2hrs if it means more of this deliciousness!!!!
